Sawdust is specially pressed for grilling under high pressure and temperatures.
Only clean sawdust is used in BBQ briquettes, with no adhesives.
Light a classic fire in the grill hearth and allows briquette pieces to burn through under flame for 10-15 minutes.
After they have burned through, you can grill for 45-60 minutes on the broiling hot coils.
We do not recommend grilling before the pieces of briquettes have burned away by flame. Arrange the briquettes as close together as possible, to increase the broil period.
